30-Day Coverage
Eligible product faults may be reported within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Cabinvora Product Care
Built for everyday driving, backed with straightforward protection. This guide explains Cabinvora warranty coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and what to prepare if an eligible product develops a covered issue.
Coverage Overview
Cabinvora provides 30-day coverage from the confirmed delivery date for eligible manufacturing defects and product faults that were not caused by installation, misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear. Any additional manufacturer warranty stated with a product remains subject to that manufacturer's terms.
Eligible product faults may be reported within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Coverage focuses on verified defects in materials, construction, components, or normal intended operation.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, exchange, repair guidance, or another appropriate remedy based on the issue.
Important: Warranty coverage is separate from our 30-day return and exchange service. Product-specific or manufacturer warranty terms may provide additional coverage when expressly stated with the item.
Eligibility
Coverage applies when an eligible Cabinvora product is used for its intended automotive or travel purpose and a qualifying fault appears during the applicable coverage period.
Product Guidance
Different automotive products experience different types of use. These examples help clarify how warranty assessment applies across the Cabinvora collection.
Eligible construction, material, fastening, or functional defects may be covered. Ordinary compression, staining, fading, abrasion, and wear from regular use are not manufacturing defects.
Covered issues may include verified structural or hardware faults under normal use. Overloading, improper mounting, cuts, spills, impact damage, and vehicle-related interference are excluded.
Eligible electronic or functional faults may be covered when products have been installed, powered, stored, and operated according to their instructions and intended specifications.
Claim Process
Clear documentation helps us understand what happened and determine the most appropriate resolution without unnecessary delay.
Prepare your order number, product name, purchase information, and confirmed delivery date.
Take clear photographs or a short video showing the product and the specific fault you are reporting.
Describe when the issue began, how the product was being used, and any troubleshooting already completed.
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate next steps for the approved warranty case.
Before You Submit
For a faster assessment, keep the product available and provide enough detail to identify both the item and the reported fault.
Coverage Limits
A limited product warranty addresses eligible defects, not every form of damage that can occur during ownership or vehicle use.
Installation matters: Always review vehicle compatibility and product instructions before installation. Permanent modification to a vehicle or product can affect warranty eligibility.
Assessment & Resolution
Each reported issue is reviewed using the purchase record, product documentation, photographs or video, and the circumstances in which the fault occurred.
Depending on product availability and the nature of the verified fault, an approved case may be resolved with replacement parts, a replacement product, an exchange, repair guidance, or another appropriate remedy.
The remedy offered will reflect the specific product and verified issue. A replacement item does not automatically create a new coverage period beyond any protection required by applicable law.
Some automotive electronics, travel equipment, or specialty products may include separate manufacturer warranty protection.
Where manufacturer warranty terms are expressly supplied with a product, additional claims outside Cabinvora's direct coverage period may be subject to those separate terms, eligibility requirements, and procedures.
Warranty FAQ
The period begins on the confirmed delivery date associated with the applicable order.

Document the packaging, complete product, and affected area as soon as possible. Keep the item and its relevant parts available while the issue is reviewed.
Modifications, unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or installation outside the supplied instructions may affect eligibility when they cause or contribute to the reported issue.
This limited product coverage applies to eligible faults in the purchased product itself. It does not constitute insurance for a vehicle or other property.
Any expressly included manufacturer warranty may provide additional protection according to its own duration, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedure.
No. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
