Plans can change. Our cancellation policy explains when an order can be stopped, what happens after fulfillment begins, and how eligible refunds are handled.

Change of plans?
Cabinvora works to process orders quickly so your automotive interior, organization, technology, and travel essentials can reach you without unnecessary delay.
If you need to cancel an order, submit your request as soon as possible. We can only confirm a cancellation when the order has not entered a stage where fulfillment or shipment can no longer be stopped.
Sending a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. Your cancellation is complete only after Cabinvora confirms that the request was successfully processed.

Confirmation follows
If cancellation is possible, we will confirm it. Any eligible payment reversal is then returned to the original payment method.

Orders move through preparation quickly. The stage your order has reached determines what options remain available.
- Before fulfillment: cancellation may be possible if our team can stop the order in time.
- During fulfillment: we will attempt to honor the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
- After shipment: an order can no longer be cancelled. Once delivered, eligible merchandise may instead be handled under our 30-day free return and exchange policy.

Review these details before requesting a cancellation or attempting to change an existing order.
Order modifications
Product, quantity, color, vehicle-fitment, shipping-address, or other order changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
If the requested change cannot be completed safely, cancellation and placing a new order may be the best available option when the original order is still eligible for cancellation.
Shipping address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Address updates become increasingly difficult once fulfillment begins and may not be possible after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Orders already shipped
Shipped orders cannot be recalled or treated as cancelled. If you no longer want the merchandise, wait for delivery and use the applicable return process.
Cabinvora provides free returns and exchanges within 30 days for eligible purchases, subject to the applicable return conditions.

- The purchaser's full name
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the requested cancellation or change
05 / Refunds
After a cancellation
When we successfully cancel a paid order, the eligible amount is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Cabinvora can initiate the refund after cancellation, but the time required for the credit to appear is controlled by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original payment method
Eligible refunds are sent back through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing visibility
Your financial institution may need additional processing time before the credit appears.

Can I cancel immediately after ordering?
You can submit a cancellation request immediately. Whether it can be completed depends on the order's fulfillment status when our team receives and reviews your request.
Is sending a request enough to cancel my order?
No. An order remains active until Cabinvora confirms that the cancellation has been successfully completed.
What if my package has already shipped?
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days under our applicable return conditions.
Can I change an item instead of cancelling?
You may request a change, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after submission. Availability depends on how far the order has progressed through fulfillment.
Will cancelling an eligible order cost me a fee?
Cabinvora does not add a cancellation fee when an order is successfully cancelled before shipment. Any payment-provider rules outside Cabinvora's control may still apply.
